1. Do we need new talent?
Yes, we are a nationwide company and are always looking for talent in all 50 states.  If you would like to be considered for addition to our database, please send a conservative smiling picture, resume, contact information, and stats to model100@adelphia.net.
 
2. What are the age ranges?
All ages from 6 months to senior citizen
 
3. What type of talent is AIOA looking for?
All types of talent are needed. For example: Commercial, print, voice over, ear prompter, tele-prompter, promotional, trade shows, auto show, spokesperson, conventions, industrials, hand models, sitcom and movie actors to name a few.
 
4. What races?
All races are welcome and needed.
 
5. What about nudity?
All In One Model and Talent agency is a PG rated agency.  Our clients are conservative and the talent we offer is conservative.  We do not accept talent or clients that deal with nudity.
 
6. Do we need representatives in different areas of the US?
Yes, we are constantly growing and are always looking for great representatives. Please call for requirements.
 
7. Do we need talent that is bilingual?
Yes, proficiency in multiple languages is always an asset.
 
8. Can you help with resumes, pictures, voice over, and video audition tapes?
Yes, we can assist you in creating a professional and correctly formatted resume, voice over, or audition tape. Pictures are important and AIOA can also help you get the right pictures the first time.
 
9. Do I need pictures?
Yes, but consult with your agent first. Initially, AIOA will interview talent and only need the following: New talent should send a snap shot (Smile please), and a self-addressed stamped envelope for return reply. Experienced talent should send a comp card or actors headshot along with resume.
 
10. What type of training do I need?
Always work with your agent to determine what training is right for you and your goals. The type of training you may take will depend on what you want to do in the modeling field. For instance, a runway model must meet certain height requirements before a class in runway would be beneficial. Call AIOA, and we will work with you to determine what training will benefit you the most.
 
11. I was in a store when an agent handed me a card and asked me to call, should I?
Yes, if you are interested in the modeling field. Make sure to get information on how long they have been in business, what their policies are, and are they registered in their state. It is also always a good idea to double check with the better business bureau in their area.
 
12. Is it better to sign with an agency or freelance?
When you sign with an agency, you expose yourself to their experience, contacts, and resourses you would not otherwise have. An agency also provides some security in the fact that, if you successfully complete a job ­ you will get paid.
